ISO-TP is a standard that allows for transferring much large data packets over CAN.

 

The following functions are used to create a single connection to send and receive ISO-TP messages on:

•canitpOpen

Opens an ISO-TP connection via a CAN port.

•canitpClose

Closes an ISO-TP connection.

•canitpSend

Sends a message.

 

The following functions are used to create multiple connections for sending and receiving ISO-TP messages:

•canitpSessionCreate

Create an ISO-TP session.

•canitpSessionDestroy

Closes the ISO-TP session.

•canitpSessionSend

Sends a message via the ISO-TP session.
