Upgrade and version functions

This group of functions allows versioning of the application. It also allows the application to take control when a new firmware or a new application is used.

	•boardVersion	Returns the version of firmware.
	•boardVersionX	Returns detailed information on the firmware versions in an NX32L based device.
	•verCheckUpgrade	This determines if a background update is completed or in progress.
	•verGetAppName	This gets the application name.
	•verGetAppVersion	This gets the application version.
