Debug messages

The VPL environment contains a number of functions for printing debug messages:

	•DebugFmt	Prints debug messages to the Debug window.
	•DebugMsg	Prints debug messages to the Debug window.

Functions to configure the Log to file service:

	•DebugGetLogParam	Retrieve the parameters for the Log to file service.
	•DebugSetLogParam	Set the parameters for the Log to file service.
