New: New Project

"New Project" will close the current project (if one is open). It will then present you with a file dialog, where you can type the name of a new project. When you press the "Save" button in the dialog, an empty project file is created.

The "Save as type" drop down determines if the project is an RTCU M2M Studio Project or a legacy RTCU IDE Project.
